Documents for the week ending Monday, 1 February 2010

These are the sign-in sheets for registering Hashers for each run. Download and print:

1. sign-in0.doc: for registering virgins, visitors and returning runners.
2. sign-in1.doc: checklist for current runners with Hashnames.
3. sign-in2.doc: checklist for current runners without Hashnames.

This is the spreadsheet for sending the attendance list to Hash Stats:

1. Download registration.xls, the Hash Stats attendance form.
2. Open the spreadsheet and check off the names of those who attended the run
3. Add virgins, returnees and hares
4. Save and email to Hash Stats.

Here are some other reference reports:

1. awards_due.doc: list of Hashers who are due (or overdue) for milestone awards.
2. current_runners.doc: list of current runners with their stats.
