Location: Near the Dong Nai Golf Course
The Run: A to B, two legs (long and long)
Highlights: been used before, but still some of the best Hashing country around.
Lowlights: fiendish Hares added a third leg after the down-downs for the Bus Hashers. Also... 8 hares???!
Hash Circle: Due to a Shortage of GMs (you would think three would be enough), Wildschwein filled in and did the honors, with Gobbler as RA and Rooster and FLAFF giving the run reports (it was almost dark by the time FLAFF finished). Because of the late hour, the circle was kept short and sweet, with not much more than the Hares, virgins, returnees, Germans and geriatrics (in the form of Postage Stamp) being called up.
M.I.A: Quite a few of our stalwarts were away in Chiang Mai for the Mekong/Indochina Interhash.
Prodigal Hasher: FLAFF (Foot Loose And Fancy Free) returned for a flying visit after a three year absence.
Quote of the Week: No Class, who was heard to say, "I'm coming on my bum". This produced a lot of thoughtful looks from the members of the circle.
Milestones: Gobbler's 75th, Under Africa's 69th and Dumb Dick's 25th run.
On-on: The Renaissence Hotel, around the swimming pool where No Balls generously plied the Hash with copious quantities of exquisite food and beer, compliments of the management. The Hoang Yen Restaurant at No 5 Ngo Duc Ke.
