Location: District 9, near the golf course
The Run: A to B, one long leg (about 8.5 kms)
Highlights: Well laid trail, easy to follow, good area not far from town
Lowlights: Not one single check. Naturally, the pack got pretty strung out. Plus, the bus couldn't find the Hash Circle point. Hare Tonto whinged loudly about the bus not being able to follow a clear, detail map. However, the map I saw appeared to have been the demented scrawls of a Hare on the fifth day of a five day binge so perhaps there were two maps.
Miscellaneous: a local kid decided to join the pack. Around the halfway mark, he realised that he was a long way from home and lost. Little Bird and Cathy flagged down a lady passing by on a motorbike and got her to take the poor little tyke home.
Hash Circle: Ably lead by the evergreen General Erection with RA Titanic Balls doing the religion. Sinners included the Hares for numerous crimes against Hashing, GE and Deaf Teapot (winners of the Gary Glitter Award).
On-on: Cancelled due to lack of interest. Hash stalwarts Doggy Style, Fukoffee and PD retired to the Café Latin for a post-Hash beer and nosh.
